CILO is the
oldest center for independent living in Ohio serving
individuals with disabilities in the Greater Cincinnati
/ Northern Kentucky region. Founded by individuals with
disabilities and chartered in 1977, as a 501© 3 non-profit,
the center is governed, managed, and staffed by a majority
of professionals with disabilities. We serve individuals
of all ages who have physical, sensory, cognitive, and/or psychological

How to Qualify
The process to qualify
for Lifeline Service depends on the State you live in. In
general, you may qualify if...
- You already participate in other State or Federal assistance
program such as Federal Public Housing Assistance, Food
Stamps and Medicaid.
Your total household income is at or below 135% of the
poverty guidelines set by your State and/or the Federal
Government.
- No one in your household currently receives Lifeline Service
through another phone carrier.
- You have a valid United States Postal Address. In order
for us to ship you your free phone you must live at a residence
that can receive mail from the US Post Office. Sorry, but
P.O. Boxes cannot be accepted.
In addition to meeting
the guidelines above you will also be required to provide
proof of your participation in an assistance program, or proof

in Adams County, Ohio. Venture Productions, Inc. employs Contract
Supervisors, operates our own fleet of vehicles, and offers
competitive pricing for all jobs performed both in-house and
at the job site.
Sheltered Employment:
Work is brought
into our facility for individuals to complete. Staff
provides 100% quality control on all completed jobs.
Our shipping and receiving department takes care of all of
our order schedules, warehousing, and shipments.
Enclave Employment:
Work is performed
at the customer's job site. Staff transport, supervise and
work with our indivisuals in order to make sure all job tasks
are completed to the customer's satisfaction.
