Serves children and families with mental health and substance abuse issues.  Provides counseling, case management, psychiatric services, and innovative treatment approaches such as: home-based counseling, functional family therapy, and play therapy.

LUTHERAN SOCIAL SERVICES
Serves adults seeking mental health and recovery treatment, including emergency counseling / consultation; Mental Health Recovery counseling and support groups; case management; Psychiatry - medication management, housing assistance, transitional residential care, and consumer support services.

LIMA URBAN MINORITY ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE OUTREACH PROGRAM (UMADAOP)
Provides alcohol and drug abuse prevention and early intervention services, domestic violence intervention, academic assistance, and recovery support for youth and adults.

ASTOP

4-H is a non-formal educational, youth development program offered to individuals age 5 and in Kindergarten to 19.

Youth are involved in hands-on, experiential learning that allows learning by doing . All 4-H programs focus on active involvement and quality experiences which stimulate lifelong learning of values and skills
