Founded on February 4, 2004, Homes for Our Troops, Inc., a Massachusetts
nonprofit corporation building specially adapted homes for our disabled
veterans of war. We are an organization strongly committed to assisting
our disabled and seriously injured veterans and their immediate
families. The organization is dedicated to helping those who have
selflessly given to their country and have returned home with serious
disabilities and injuries. While the initial focus has been on disabled
and seriously injured soldiers returning home from the Iraq and
Afghanistan conflicts, Homes For Our Troops will consider granting
assistance to disabled or seriously injured veterans from any wars
or foreign conflicts.

The National
Child Welfare Resource Center for Youth Development, through a cooperative
agreement with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)
Children’s Bureau, provides training and technical assistance to
publicly administered and supported child welfare agencies.
The University
of Oklahoma National Child Welfare Resource Center for Youth Development
(NCWRCYD) increases the capacity and resources of States and Tribes
to effectively help youth in care establish permanent connections
and achieve successful transitions to adulthood. The Center can
help States incorporate youth into all areas of programs and services,
implement services that address legislative requirements, prepare
for Child and Family Services Reviews (CFSR) and Program Improvement
Plan (PIP) development, and implementation. The Center bases its
technical assistance and training around the four core principles
of, youth development, collaboration, cultural competence, and permanent
connections.
